Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language + Certificate in Teaching Practice
This Course leads to a Level 5 Award Certificate for successful learners. That means that it is independently endorsed by TQUK at a level of learning equivalent to level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSE’s are at levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3).

How you will be assessed
Written assignment which can be attempted up to 3 times until a passing score is achieved. You should send the written assignment to your tutor by e-mail to be reviewed before submitting to London Teacher Training College.
Teaching Practice: You will need to design TEN lesson plan which can be attempted up to 3 times.
- Students must be 18 years and above.
- Students must have a good command in English Language.
- English teachers who wants to teach English Language in primary school.
How do I apply?
On completion and assessment, you will be awarded a Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. This is endorsed by an OFQUAL and approved by the awarding body, TQUK, at a level of learning equivalent to level 5.
You will be awarded an additional certificate (Certificate in Teaching Practice) upon completion of your 2 weeks practicum session.
Students can progress to Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
